Liverpool FC
Twenty goals for the season. Salah is on another level during this campaign, and is on track to hit seriously unprecedented numbers.
In the Champions League alone, he is well on track to hit the heights only ever scaled before by Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Robert Lewandowski, having scored six goals in the opening six games.
In all competitions, he could blow existing records out of the water at Liverpool. In the Premier League, he remains on track to beat the existing single-season record for both goals and assists.
The finish against Milan was by no means simple, but Salah is making those kinds of chances look easy at the moment. Maignan was far from out of the equation after parrying Oxlade-Chamberlain’s shot, but Salah removed him from it, rifling the ball into the roof of the net with just a stroke of his boot.
He is, quite simply, a pleasure to watch right now.
