Reports by La Gazzetta dello Sport had it that Newcastle United are preparing to make a fresh bid for sign Victor Osimhen in the summer, as Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United had already declared interested.

He remained out of action for nearly two months following a cheekbone injury at the end of November, continuing to score consistently after his return to action in mid-January.
